The event, themed “Ke Moja – I’m Fine Without Drugs”, aimed to educate Grade 7 learners about the dangers of substance abuse and empower them to make informed, positive choices.
oSANCA representatives highlighted various harmful substances and their detrimental effects on individuals and communities. The Klipspruit West Clinic team outlined the health risks associated with drug use.
The library staff demonstrated how learners could access valuable information through books and online resources, encouraging them to join the library and utilise its tools for both academic and personal development.
Rorisang Tshetlo, a Grade 7 learner, shared: “I learned that drugs can harm not only my body but also my future. Now I know how to say no and help my friends make better choices.”
