Young Jonn Unveils Johannesburg-Shot Music Video for “2Factor” Featuring Asake and Focalistic

Young Jonn has officially revealed the music video for “2Factor,” his standout collaboration with African powerhouses Asake and Focalistic. Shot in the City of Gold, Johannesburg, the visual brings the record’s energy to life, capturing the pulse of late nights, movement, and celebration through a distinctly African lens.

Lifted from Young Jonn’s album Blue Disco, “2Factor” has continued to gain momentum since its release in November 2025, amassing over 208 million streams to date. The track has charted across major digital platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, and Shazam, reinforcing its cross-continental appeal.

The release of the music video follows a monumental live performance at Johannesburg’s Gold Rush Dome, where Young Jonn, Asake, and Focalistic shared the stage for the first time since the single’s release. The electrifying set saw the trio ignite the crowd with performances of “2Factor” and fan-favourite “Che Che,” marking a defining cultural moment and a powerful celebration of African collaboration.

Speaking on the collaboration, Young Jonn shared: “Nigerian and South African collaborations are not a new thing; they’ve been around for quite a while now. It’s culture. Us being able to work amongst ourselves really shows how important winning together is for us. Regardless of the genres we’re in, we still manage to join forces and come up with something magical.”
