Magola stated that a series of jaw-dropping articles, including investigative stories, earned him a nomination in the prestigious awards.

“As a curious and inquisitive individual , I have always been drawn to the world of journalism. I am constantly amazed by the power of words and the impact they can have on shaping perspectives and driving change.”

The awards ceremony will take place in Johannesburg on September 21.
