PEP mini Netball Festival Continues to Empower Young Girls in Worcester

PEP continued its investment in empowering young girls through sport this past weekend by hosting a PEP mini Netball Festival at Laerskool Wynland in Worcester on 1 August, bringing together players from participating schools for a fun-filled day of learning, teamwork and netball.

Young players took part in interactive activities and friendly matches from 08h00 to 13h00, with the festival providing a supportive environment to develop their skills, build confidence and foster a love for the game.

In celebration of Women’s Month, the festival also highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for young girls to grow through sport while inspiring confidence, leadership and teamwork from an early age.

As part of the nationwide PEP mini Netball programme, these festivals continue to strengthen grassroots netball and empower the next generation of girls to aim high.
