DStv eKasi Champ of Champs moves to knockout stage to decide the winner

Kasi diski favourites and crowd pullers AT Mambas are one of four teams in line to take home the whooping R250 000 as the knockout phase of the 2024 DStv eKasi Champ of Champs takes centre stage at the Moletsane Sports Complex in Soweto.

Mambas, who will face visiting Kwazulu-Natal side Newcastle Young Chiefs in one of two semifinals of the main Cup section on Friday, 19 July, finished their group unbeaten in second place behind Major One FC. The impressive Vaal-based Major One will battle against Skepe Nketole in the other exciting semifinal on Friday afternoon.

The two winning teams will face off in the final that will take also take place at the Moletsane Sports Complex on Sunday at 3pm. Meanwhile, teams that finished the groups in third and fourth place will now compete in the Plate knockout section, for R75, 000.

Football lovers are encouraged to stay connected to DStv Access to watch the tournament live on the “Home of Diski” on SuperSport.  All the semifinals and the final will be broadcast live on SuperSport channel 202 and 209.
