Drip owner evicted from the estate after failing to pay R35k rent

Drip owner Lekau Sehoana was caught on the wrong side of the law again when the sheriff of the court paid him a visit two weeks ago.

City Press understands that the sheriff of the Johannesburg High Court pounced on the controversial entrepreneur after he had allegedly defaulted on child maintenance.

Insiders say the sheriff repossessed furniture to recover the money he owes his estranged wife, Lebogang.

According to the court papers, Sehoana owes more than R400 000, and failed to keep up with his maintenance order.

The court papers show that the sheriff left Sehoana’s home in Fourways with several items, including a white four-piece lounge suit, dishwasher, a Samsung TV set, a nine-piece dining suite, a washing machine, a Samsung fridge, a three-piece garden suite and an Esther Mahlangu painting, among the many items repossessed.

However, the court papers did not mention the value of the repossessed items or how much he still owed.
