Alex FM and The Share Button Foundation are proud to announce the inaugural Menyonyo Festival, a dynamic
community initiative aimed at celebrating culinary talent while making a meaningful impact on the lives of
children in need. This collaborative effort underscores our shared commitment to giving back to the
community and fostering positive change.
The Menyonyo Festival will feature a thrilling Chef battle, where four talented chefs will compete for the
championship title. This exciting competition will take place at the Refilwe Legae Home, an orphanage located
in Alexandra Township. Beyond showcasing culinary prowess, the event will serve as an opportunity for us to
come together and support the children at the orphanage.

In addition to the Chef battle, the Menyonyo Festival will include activities aimed at providing essential
resources and support to the children at Refilwe Legae Home. We are reaching out to sponsors to donate items
such as toys, stationery, and other necessities that will enhance the well-being of the children. Furthermore,
we are seeking financial contributions to cover expenses such as the cash prize for the competition winner,
logistical arrangements, and other operational costs.
