The Soweto Kota Festival invites you to indulge in the rich flavors of Kota and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Soweto. This event promises a fun-filled and an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
The media launch is scheduled for the 20th of August, with the main event at Fun Valley Resort.
The 7th annual Blue Ribbon Soweto Kota Festival will be celebrating 30 years of South Africa’s freedom. We are thrilled to partner with the National Department of Tourism and Gauteng Tourism Authority.
This year our supporters should expect over 70 of the best Kota outlets from all over Gauteng who will be ready to serve you with Kotas that went to the most expensive private schools. There will be a bigger and better kiddies’ entertainment with activities like swimming pools, jumping castles, face painting and more. There will be great performances, top DJs including lots of prizes to be won.
Early Bird announcement:
Tickets cost just R100 for adults and R50 for kids between 4 years and 13 years old. Kids under 4 years enter Mahala. We also offer discounted family packages. Get your tickets now at Computicket, Shoprite, Usave and Checkers nationwide including discounted family packages. Park and ride will be organized from Soweto to Fun Valley Resort.
