The Masked Singer South Africa is finally here! Rose and Oaks Media, Primedia and SABC 3 are thrilled to share the first episode with you! Hosted by comedian and TV Personality Mpho Popps, the show sees detectives; Somizi, Skhumba, J Something and Sithelo Shozi crack their heads in a guessing game of who of Mzansi’s celebs is behind the mask.
Celebrated personalities and entertainment superstars sing well known songs while bejewelled in full body costumes and masks, to hide their identities. The flamboyant masks and costumes have a personality of their own, and invite as much commentary as the performances themselves do.
This Saturday at 18:30 South Africa gets to see the first celebrity bow out of the competition and they have to sing for their lives. Join us as we chant “Take if off, take if off” to the celebrity voted out.
