Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi unimpressed with stop-start Betway Premiership

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has expressed his frustration at the timing of league fixtures in the Betway Premiership.

Amakhosi have played their three opening games, winning two and losing once.

They are next in action in the league away to SuperSport United on 26 October, after the FIFA international break, although their first Carling Knockout fixture of the new season is expected to start on the weekend of October 19/20.

Explaining his disappointment, Nabi said in the Sowetan: “I don’t understand why the league stops like that after three games, really?

“We started on 16 September and played three games and we stop, guys please.”

Nabi side most recently lost 2-1 to Mamelodi Sundowns at the FNB Stadium on Saturday, and are set to play a friendly against the Brazilians during their down-time.

“We’ve scheduled some friendly games and among the teams that we are going to face, we also have Sundowns,” added the Chiefs coach. The supporters where not happy with referee decision they throw the bottle inside the pitch after they thier Betway Premier league
