collaboration EP ‘Sgudi Snyc’ last week Friday, 26 May and the project immediately started making its impact
on the charts. By Saturday, 27 May the lead single also title ‘Sgudi Snyc’ was Spotify’s biggest gainer moving
up 63 spots. The EP has had had an even bigger showing on Apple Music and it has gone on to claim the
number 2 spot on the Album Chart.
Playfully titled ‘Sgudi Snyc’ an ode to the classic 1990s sitcom starring the late great Joe Mafela however the
music on the EP is nothing to play with; De Mthuda and Da Muziqal Chef have crafted a feel good 5-track
masterpiece; a seamless, soulful, and groovy body of work that gets straight to the point and is guaranteed to
