One lucky Orlando Pirates fan stands the chance to win a brand new OPPO A57 smartphone by simply helping decide which goal deserves to be named the OPPOxPIRATES Goal of the Month for April.
The Buccaneers were in fine form throughout April, finishing the month unbeaten while scoring an astonishing 17 goals. Twelve of these stunning strikes scored across the DStv Premiership and the Nedbank Cup have been nominated for the big prize, following what has been another exciting month of football.
Kabelo Dlamini, Patrick Maswanganyi, Relebohile Mofokeng, and Tshegofatso Mabasa were all in fine goal-scoring form throughout the five games played and have bagged two nominations apiece. They are joined in the list of nominees by midfield duo Thalente Mbatha and Makhehlene Makhaula, both entered in the competition for the first team after each player opened his Bucs account with goals against Royal AM and AmaZulu, respectively.
The shortlist is completed by defender Sandile Mthethwa who made a goal-scoring cameo in the 7-1 routing of Lamontville Golden Arrows alongside midfielder Karim Kimvuidi whose injury-time strike completed a fine team performance.
