On May 1, 2022, she joined the regional commercial radio station Gagasi FM. She worked for the community radio station Inanada FM before getting this job.
Ntuli has worked with top legends like Alex Mthiyane and Felix Hlophe. Being a disk jockey doesn’t feel like a job since she loves doing it. Penny is the host of the weekend show called Ziyakhala on Gagasi FM.
