Success Mindset Summit 2023: Young People Gain Valuable Practical Tools to Start a Speaking Career

Young people from across South Africa gained valuable

practical tools to start a speaking career at the Success Mindset Summit 2023, held on 24 June in Menlyn, Pretoria. The event was a collaboration between the Success Mindset

Summit and the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA). 

The summit featured a variety of speakers including PSASA President Tsitsi Mutendi and vice-president Jabu Zwane, renowned Global speaker and Behavioural specialist, Siphiwe Moyo and Lebo Lion, Corporate Speaker, Brand and Marketing specialist.  Speakers shared their insights on how to become a successful speaker.

Participants also had the opportunity to network as well and interact with speakers.

“We were thrilled to see so many young people attend the Success Mindset Summit,” said Jabu Zwane, founder of Success Mindset Summit and vice-president of PSASA. “There is a great need for young speakers in South

Africa, and we are committed to helping them develop the skills they need to succeed.”

In addition to the summit, PSASA also launched a new 6-month Youth Development Program aimed at helping 60 young people launch speaking careers. 

PSASA also program was simalteneously launched in Cape Town, Durban and Virtually. The program will provide participants with training, mentorship, and opportunities to speak at public events.

“We are excited to launch this new program,” said Gadifele Moeng, PSASA Youth Champion, and founder of Futture Leaders. “We believe that it will help to create a new generation of talented and inspiring speakers.”

The Success Mindset Summit was sponsored by Mindset Development Institute, Auxanō 7, and Baletsema Mining Services. Mr Jabu Zwane also expressed his deepest gratitude to the media partners , who covered the event.

The summit was a great success, and we are grateful to all of the speakers, sponsors, and attendees who made it possible. We look forward to continuing to work with PSASA to help young people develop the skills they need to succeed as speakers.
